Return Policy

  • Different companies have different return policies. All you need to do is fill up the form in contact us page and select return option from drop-down menu. Along with this you also need to notify the Customer Care personal. The return of product is only possible if it is damaged or of faulty. If there are items like perishable item and damaged during delivery, you can return it. Sometimes the items delivered with the protective seal open or broken, this will compromise the hygiene and will be risky to use it, in this case also it is eligible for return. All the prescription medicines or services that ordered or any free products under an NHS arrangement also are qualified for return.

  • Once you decide that you want to return the product, you need to fill in the form and also notify the customer care team of the item you are going to return. Usually where the product needs to be returned will be mentioned in the return policy menu, including the address where you need to send it. Some websites offer free pick up and some ask us to send it yourself. When the return policy says the product needs to be sent by us, usually the cost is not covered by the company and neither do they pay if there is any damage during this transit.

  • Most of the time you receiver refund within 24 hours of receiving the item, but to receive refund over original payment mode it usually takes up to 30 days.
