Substance Abuse Recovery Residential Program
Phase 1   Orientation

In the first of the three phases that you have elected to participate in, the following is essential in the first 30 days of this program:
  1. Abide by ALL the rules of "The House", and be willing to accept direction.
  2. Obtain gainful employment within the recommended time frame.
  3. Find a sponsor to work with (get a temporary sponsor at first of needed).
  4. Begin to change your "Old way of Thinking". remember: Your best thinking got you here.
  5. Start developing a foundation for a 12-Step Program.
  6. Get "Active" in "The House" and it's purpose.
  7. Start taking responsibility for your life, and become accountable for your actions.

If on court ordered probation, "The House" manager will give you specifics and details.

Your financial responsibility is as follows:

Entry Fee $__________(This consists of first week, last week and admission fee).

At the end of 30 days (or sooner, if decided by staff), you will be evaluated and an assessment will be made. After all the criteria is reviewed, and if unanimously approved, you will be moved into the second phase of the program. Remember: this isn't a guarantee. Your own personal progress will be determined by how YOU decide to work your program.
